This cheese is a white aged cheddar made in Iowa. Aged for a minimum of 9 months made from vegetarian rennet and no added color. Sweeter than a typical aged cheddar with a lot of flavor. Slightly crumbly without losing the creamy texture.
Food Pairing: great to use in Mac n’ Cheese or grilled cheese

An aged cheddar produced in England. Aged for a minimum of 2 years giving this cheese a sharp, robust flavor with a creamy, smooth texture.

Beecher’s Smoked Cheddar
A is a smoked semi-hard cow’s milk cheddar made in Seattle. This cheese has a unique, robust nutty flavor with a fruity essence from the natural hardwood smoke. It is aged for at least 15 months and smoked over apple and cherry wood.
